Oak Hill’s East Course has seen its fair share of transformations, but the recent remodel by Andrew Green is a return to its Donald Ross roots. Green reinstated Ross’s original par-4 (now the sixth), replacing the criticized changes made by George and Tom Fazio in the 1970s. This update, along with an extensive tree-removal program, restored the course’s classical charm while keeping it tournament-ready. Travelers can walk the same fairways that hosted the 2023 PGA Championship, where Brooks Koepka claimed victory, blending modern competitive prestige with timeless design.
